If you mean that each city has it's own set of runes, then yes I know about it.

I went to Ugard to study their runes when I began my research into runic magic.

Aladdin... I'm going to be scarce on the network for a while. I've got some things to figure out, and nobody needs to hear my problems and definitely don't need to get involved with them. But, in the meantime... I could use your help.

Loki's given me an option on a way to deal with my hormones. It sounds painful and risky, but after this last time I'm out of options. We've talked about runes before. I'll give you the specifics and between Merlin, you and me, hopefully we can find the array we want. He's offered to graft one to my spine, and hopefully it will shut off the hormones that are screwing with my mind. I'm already called Merlin, but like I said... don't expect to see me much on the network until this is done.

...If you're really sure about doing this I'll try my best to help Sam. I'll have to figure out a conversion rune to go along with it to help with your problem. I wouldn't want you to be trap in the city.

I could use a few ideas from my home world to help as well.
